An ideal candidate will be licensed to sell property, casualty and life insurance in the state ok Oklahoma.  Bilingual in Vietnamese or Spanish preferred but not required.  Agency is willing to provide the right candidate help with licensing. You will have the ability to use a computer to conduct sales presentations and have great customer service skills to assist in developing and growing a client base.

Benefits

• Salary Range:  $32,000 - $36,000 with quarterly bonuses up to $3,000 available when sales goals are met, more if goal is exceeded.
• Paid monthly membership to Concierge Physician after probation period completed and quarterly goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Ability to network and develop leads
• Use lead lists to establish contact and schedule appointments
• Meet with prospective clients
• Must conduct phone prospecting, face to face prospecting and through social media efforts
• Solicit referrals from clients
• Must meet quarterly sales goals
• Bonus when sales goals are met
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, Civic Organizations etc.

• Must pass a criminal background check.
