Full Time Employee to Support Residential Property Management (Oklahoma City)

The primary functions of this position are to handle the general management of all rental properties (single family, townhomes, and duplexes), lease or rent properties to qualified individuals, handle tenant work orders, general clerical duties, etc.
General skills needed:
1. Interact professionally and courteously with tenants, applicants, visitors, co-workers, vendors and subcontractors.
2. Paralegal experience a plus.
1. High School Diploma
2. Three (3) years administrative assistant with paralegal experience.
3. Excellent computer proficiency is a must!
Position is Full Time (40 Hours per week)
