Job Description - Overview

Then we just may have the opportunity for you! We are searching for **Receiving Dock** personnel to join our **Mardel Distribution Team**. Qualified individuals must have the desire and ability to remain physically active in a position that requires some heavy lifting. Were looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to get the job done quickly and accurately. This full-time position is located at the companys **Distribution Center in Oklahoma City.

Hours - 6:00am to 2:30pm**

**Function:**

* The receiving dock coordinates the receipt of most of the products that Hobby Lobby sells.

* Established procedures help this team separate and process merchandise from daily shipments

* Responsible to prepare merchandise for storage and picking

* Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts

* Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction

* Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures

* Consistently practice reliability and the willingness to assist others as needed

Job Description - Requirements

**NOTE: Lifting and physical effort is required for gathering materials in a warehouse environment. (50Lbs +)**

**Requirements:**

* Must be at least 18 years old

* Pass drug test

* Pass background check

* Work mandatory overtime

* Learn and retain knowledge of all job tasks and procedures

* Attention to details and work pace

* Maintain high levels of productivity

* Good listening and communication skills

* Able to work well individually and within a team
