We are currently searching for dynamic Customer Service Representatives!

Position Features:

Fast Paced Work Environment If you have experience working as a Customer Service Professional and are a self-motivated, multi-tasker who thinks providing excellent customer service is critical in all aspects of business then this is the position for you!

Duties may include: Responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information
Demonstrated ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, comprehend and resolve complex customer issues
Attention to detail and follows all required scripts and disclosures verbatim and carefully and quickly records all relevant data necessary
Maintain a consistent attendance record and positive, courteous attitude


Requirements/Qualifications: At least 1 year of recent customer service experience Previous call center experience preferred High school diploma or GED Must sound professional over the phone Strengths in attention to detail, ability to listen and focus, and multi-tasking
If you enjoy working in a fast paced, forward thinking environment and can work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday Friday
